Do you use clipart?
Send us your logo design brief by filling out the secure on-line logo design order form and your INITIAL PAYMENT (50% of your chosen package price in advance) and we will create around 3-7 initial design concepts (the number of designs depend upon your chosen package) for you to review within 3 business days. These initial design concepts will be uploaded into a client user’s area for your project. After your review and subsequent feedback, we will make the changes and develop the design you ask for and will upload these revisions for review, until you choose your final logo design. At this time your final payment will become due. After receiving final payment, we will send you your logo design package. You will own these designs and we will send you the logo in several vector and raster file formats.

Small Business Logo Design Package $89
If you have a limited budget or new and small business, the Small Business Logo Design Package might be a better option. This package includes 9 logo samples (3 unique concepts with 3 variations of each concept) with 3 revisions.
Enterprise Logo Design Package $149
Enterprise package is our most popular and best seller package. This package includes 15 logo samples (5 unique concepts with 3 variations of each concept) with 5 revisions.
Ultra Design Package $259
If you want more initial logo designs to review with business stationery design then Ultra Deign Package will be perfect. You will receive 21 deign samples (7 unique concepts / 3 variations of each concept) with unlimited revisions and 2 design concepts of Stationery design including visiting card, envelop and letterhead.
Payment will be made in two stages. 50% of the package price will be paid at the time of order as project startup fee while the balance amount will be paid after the final approval of the designs. The payment can be made through our secure transaction servers and shopping cart provided by our retailer of services 2Checkout (www.2CO.com).

To eliminate credit card fraud, all incoming orders are verified by 2checkout Security Dept., this usually takes about a day. After approval of your payment our support center will send you an order confirmation via e-mail detailing the package you ordered.
No. You can choose to acquire our stationery design services at an additional charge of $89.00 at the time of placement of order and you can order delivery of the final design package at an additional charge of $40.00, but these facts are already mentioned in our design order form. As we said, there are NO hidden charges

Yes, please fill our Small Business Redesign Package order form. We will soon develop initial concepts based on your existing logo.
Generally, we provide our logo designs in Pantone Colors (pms), which are easy-to-use Spot Colors, however the client can make specific request to us at the commencement of the project to develop their logos in CMYK colors.
CMYK or Process colors are mainly used for printing. With process color printing, four colors are used (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) to reproduce a virtually unlimited array of colors. With this color system, you can have virtually unlimited colors in your logo and not have to pay extra
Pantone colors are a type of Spot colors developed by Pantone Inc. Spot colors are premixed inks, like premixed paints at a paint shop. They are not blended combinations of other colors like Process colors.
Yes, we can provide logo designs in this color standard if requested by client. Please note that this color standard is not recommended for print purposes and should only be used for on-screen presentations and web sites.

You can tell us in words on the Contact Form, email Support@thebusinesslogo.com or in Order Form at the time of order placement. Many clients do this. You can tell us the website address of a graphic or logo you've seen and like or email us any reference material to us. You can send your reference material in any of the following file formats: EPS, PSD, PDF, PNG, TIFF, WORD, GIF or JPEG. We do not copy existing logos, but sometimes it helps us to get a good idea of the general direction you're looking for.
We will start working on your project as soon as we receive initial payment confirming your logo design order. After 3-5 business days we will contact you by e-mail to provide you a unique username and password to access our client area.
The Client / User Area is a password protected area on our servers, where our clients can log-in and review their project. Your Client/User page is only accessible to you so that it remains confidential until you are ready to display it to the world. You can post comments regarding the various design elements like illustration, colors, typeface, placement of objects etc, and can ask for revisions from our design team. You can do all this without ever leaving your desk.
Yes, we will provide you with scalable vector files. Vector files are used on specific vector based software applications such as the most popular Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. We will provide you CDR, AI and EPS formats.
Yes! You will receive your design in various file types listed in your package; you can use instantly for any purpose by their application.
It takes us around 3-5 Business Days to send you the first design concepts for your logo. After that it all depends on the quickness of your response since we deliver the next batch of revisions within a couple of days after receiving your feedback.
The Final Logo Design Kit you will get at your client center. It may be in a compressed ZIP format single file and you will need WinZip or WinRAR to uncompress. If you do not have a Zip program on your PC we can send the files unzipped. You can download WinZip (FREE) from www.winzip.com. Alternatively, if you opt for it at the time of order placement, we can send your design kit on CD by post (additional charge $40.00)
A file called Files-Info.htm is included in with your final files. This file will explain all the different file formats and their softwares. Our Illustration Kit shall include following files formats. All files in Pantone, CMYK and RGB colors modes.
CDR (corel draw) vector format, editable file. Your printers, web designers, silk screen printers, etc. will use this file.
AI (adobe illustrator) vector format, editable file. Your printers, web designers, silk screen printers, etc. will use this file.
EPS (encapsulated postscript) vector format, editable file. Your printers, web designers, silk screen printers, etc. will use this file.
TIFF (tagged image file format) raster high-resolution 300 dpi, sizable file (will work with Mac and PC).
PSD (adobe photoshop) raster, high-resolution 300 dpi layered file
DOC (microsoft word) can be inserted into MS Applications.
PDF (portable document file, adobe reader) You can view it with any browser.
Web Formats :
GIF (graphic interfile format) 72dpi transparent. This file is for Web use only. You can use this file on your web site and view it with any browser. Fully optimized for use.
JPEG (joint professional experts group) 72dpi files. Web-ready file (will work with Mac and PC). This file is for Web and proof use only. You can view it with any browser.
If you need your designs in any other file format, just let us know and we would be happy to provide you the designs in that file format.
Yes, the charge for a CD delivered to your given address via DHL Courier Service is $40.00
Business Logo Design will maintain your privacy at all times. Any information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address, telephone number and any other information about your business or organization will remain private and confidential. Accordingly, the information you provide is stored in a secure location is only accessible by designated staff, and is used solely for the purposes for which you intended (i.e.: to help us design your logo).
Upon full payment of the fee, you own full copyright of your final chosen design. We only keep the right to display this artwork in our portfolio and other advertising materials. The rights of all the samples developed during the design phase, however remains with us.
